FAQs and Rates

  • I am an insurance-friendly provider. I know how important using your insurance can be, and even though I don’t take it directly, I’ll help you squeeze every penny from the benefits that you pay for. Every month, I give my clients a superbill that they can submit to their insurance to get reimbursed for therapy; use the Thrizer widget below to check your insurance benefits and see what your out-of-network options are!

Unfortunately, insurance companies set reimbursement rates that are often too low for me to maintain a sustainable practice while still being able to provide the quality of care my clients deserve. By staying out-of-network, I can really focus on offering you the best possible support without the limitations that come with insurance requirements.

  • Yes! I reserve a handful of sliding scale spots in my schedule - it’s always worth asking if I have one available!

  • Individual sessions are $180/hour.

  • I LOVE and encourage questions around spirituality, and I want to support my clients unique faith journeys. While I have a Christian background, my role as a counselor is not to make you come to my own beliefs, but to help you explore what faith means for you. Think of me as a companion walking with you on your faith journey, not a guide taking you to a specific destination. In our first session, I’ll ask you about your spirituality and how you want it to be integrated into counseling, if at all. I also recognize that many people have been deeply harmed by their religious backgrounds and need support for overcoming guilt, shame, and abuse that they have experienced in past faith contexts.

  • Yep! My office is in north Kalispell, and I see clients all across Montana virtually.
